She is kind, smart, and will help anyone who is need of advice (nutrition based or not :D) I can say that honestly, because Kati and I grew up together back in MI and I am proud of all she has accomplished in her life! Kati is also a mother of two boys close in age to my own, so I admire her hard work and all that she does because she does it and still makes the time to be a great mom/wife!
