Today was the first time in months that Cooper woke up and got out of bed on his own, w/o crying or screaming for me to get him. He happily came in my room where the rest of us were awake and we all cuddled and laughed and played. My husband had to stop by his place of work to check on something, so the boys and I went outside. I'm loving the feeling of fall in the air!! Cooper was busy pretending to be a secret agent and sneaking in and out of the bushes and trees, while I let go of my obsessive need to keep my kids clean and let Benny play in a mud puddle. We came in for lunch and a quick bath and Bennett is down for a nap while Cooper and my husband are at the store. It's quiet, and a nice breeze is coming in the window. My house isn't spotless, but picked up and I'm being lazy-and loving it!
Oh, and I got my hair cut! It's the shortest I've ever had it, and it's going to take some time to get used to, hopefully I can style it like my hairdresser did and it won't be so bad! (ignore my mess of a desk, I was paying bills!)
