I try to prep for the morning the night before so its easy getting to work
If you need to pack a lunch do it before you go to bed.
Keep healthy snacks in the car in case you have to eat while on the move... and to avoid fast food. (I'm working on this. ;))
It helps us to have snacks pre-packaged in bags to grab and go.
I pre-pack snacks in Ziplocs and store them in the pantry for quick grabs.
Lay out your clothes the night before.
pack your lunch and iron your clothes the night before
Well we already iron clothes the night before, but we also have the kids pack their backpacks after homework and I have a breakfast menu which saves time
My tip is to make lunches and dinners ahead whenever possible.
