Right On The Walls Review and Giveaway

 Wall decals are all the rage this year! I've seen some amazing decals in my friends homes, and I have a few as well and they give a room that extra "something" that was missing. Using decals on your wall is a way to be really creative with your decor, and even allow you to have affordable and classy personalized wall art that you'd otherwise have to pay an arm and a leg for!

ROTW allowed me to choose an item for review, and as soon as I saw the Custom Man Cave design from the Masculine collection, I knew that was the one! My husband joked when we were looking to buy our first home that he must have a man cave, and luckily our new home had a huge basement for him to fix up and make it his own! Even my 3 year old loves being in the Man Cave! I customized the decal with my husbands name, and kept it a secret from him so he would be surprised when it came! Right On The Walls ships very quickly, and they included a practice decal and thorough instructions on how to apply your decal.
Now, let me preface this by saying I knew ahead of time I might have a hard time applying this decal to our basement wall considering the surface is uneven. But I was determined! With a LOT of patience and persistance, Bill's Man Cave wall decal went on a lot smoother than I anticipated. I don't think this decal was meant for the kind of wall we have, but I was able to make it work and it is not going anywhere! The vinyl is very strong and secures great to the wall! So that is just a heads up for anyone trying to apply a decal to cement walls, it might be a bit challenging! But I'm so happy with how it turned out and my husband (who usually doesn't care how I decorate) thought it looked cool and added a little flavor to the boring white walls! What do you think?
